Ramadan Mubarak to everyone, was busy last 2 days didn’t post anything tried to eat in portion too.
Sehri: 1/2 paratha, 1/2 roti (jou ki) with qeema and 4 tbsp dahi and 1/2 glass milk and tea without sugar
Iftar: 1 date, 1 small bowl fruit chat, 1 small bowl channay, 1 box patties (fried in less oil), 1 glass of tang made in gur
Dinner: salad with 6 tablespoons rice and chicken
Water before every meal: ✅✅✅
Post taraweeh workout: 45 minutes
Water intake: 2.5 litre
I think i eat bit more today will try to eat less from tomorrow
