"Today, after 3 whole weeks, my weight finally dropped from 80 to 79 kg! I started my journey at 90 kg. My weight gets stuck very often, and it stayed at a constant 80 kg for the last three weeks. But I stayed consistent and didn't give up. Yes, my progress is slow because I deal with hormonal issues—otherwise, I would have achieved even more by now. But finally, my consistency and hard work have paid off! Many more milestones to go. I am so happy!"
January VS Now
Today I'm really happy to share that I'm finally starting to see results🤩🥳... I weighed myself on 31st January and my weight was 75 kg, and today when I checked my weight it's now 69 kg. These results are from almost 2 months of dieting because I took a 25-days break, but even during the break days I kept control over my portions😊. So now I'm very happy 😇and really grateful to this @Tsk Diet community and to the admins of this community🤗... special thanks to @Hadia Saif ❤️because whenever I asked you anything that I didn't understand, you guided me so well. And abhi tu "Game On Hai"💪.
