What habit do I keep repeating that moves me away from my goals?
Yes definetely need to address this my weakness is definitely chocolate. So on this challenge I want to go from eating 10g chocolate and replace it with something healthy .
The occasional binging on crisps or cookies need to go too🫣
I try not to skip a workout unless it’s resting day .
No negative talk ..
I need to glow lol 😂
