Assalam walakum everyone I wasn’t feeling well today skipped the gym today . But did a light workout . Coz I want well didn’t burn as many calories as I would have liked .
Brunch : chicken chickpeas salad
Dinner : rice & minced beef
Workout : home workout (387 calories )
