EMD funding
Anyone have suggestions for a nationwide title company that is familiar with EMD funding, why investors use it and the benefits? I’m in South Dakota. ALL title companies are local. NOT ONE of them (or their attorneys) understand EMD funding so not only will the title companies NOT sign the EMD addendum they advise the selling agent to not allow their clients to sign either. Extremely frustrating due to lack of industry knowledge!!
