Echo Calculator
Shouldn't the B-C pay back the A-B purchase price AND closing costs? The calculator only seems to pay back the PP which looks like a profit for the wholesaler. If the B-C pays the entire A-B funding and the fee for the A-B funding, the wholesaler actually loses $15k. Am I looking at this wrong? I know we will be reviewing Echo in our meeting but I have someone asking about it and I want to make sure I'm giving him the right numbers. TIA!
