Double Close/ECHO
Happy Sunday! I'm trying to figure out when the fees for each leg is paid. For the A-B, we bring the purchase price, closing costs and agent commissions. Are these fees also paid out on the same leg? The B-C we bring the Down payment, Primary Lender Fees and Wholesaler fees. Are these fees paid during the same leg? The ECHO - are ALL fees from ALL legs paid here or within each leg? Are there actually (3) closings or (2)? Is the Double Close 2.5% and the ECHO 1.25%? I just need clarification as this is my first ECHO. TIA!
