I have a contact looking for $850k that would be out 24 months, 850K put in and 850k additional, doubling money in 2 years. Equity play also up to 5% of 30 million. (1.5 million additional in 2 years on top of investment and return)

Investment backed by land. This is for a 200+ student housing development for the university of FL. This is mid-tier housing. Not sure I I can connect them to anyone that is lending or wants to chat it through with them in detail.

This is not a transactional deal, but just helping make connections.
