So happy to be here!

I participated in the amazing and informative Breathwork session and I just realized that I hadn't introduced myself.

I've been on my spiritual healing journey since 1999 after I burnt out. I wasn't living an authentic life. I didn't have a voice. All related to trauma and people pleasing.

Thankfully things are finally starting to come together for me and my family. My goal is to heal myself, break generational patterns and help others do the same.

I am looking forward to sharing and healing together. 😊
