Hi everyone! I am Mihaela,originally from Romania, but I do live for the past 5 years in the Netherlands.
I am trying to learn how to recognize and later name the emotions that I feel and I am so much interested in how to heal my nervous system through the breaths and everything that can help it, how to heal traumas too.
