How I Use Crystals to Support My Speaking
I know it might sound a little unconventional… But one of my favorite “tools” before I speak is a crystal. Specifically, Lapis Lazuli. Here’s what I do: I meditate with it at my throat, and it shifts something. I feel calmer, more centered, like my voice carries exactly what it needs to. If you’re curious to try it: - Third eye = intuition - Throat = speaking your truth - Carry it = confidence in daily conversations Do you have a pre-speaking ritual (crystal or not) that helps you feel prepared?

Crystals for Eclipse Support
Eclipse energy can feel intense, but crystals can anchor us. My go-to Eclipse Crystals: - Amethyst → clarity + intuition - Smoky Quartz → grounding + release - Labradorite → protection + transformation - Amazonite → soothing balance Mini Ritual: Meditate for 5 minutes holding the crystal you’re most drawn to, setting the intention to align with this new chapter. Which crystal is calling to you today?

@Jessi Galvin That is a great crystal
Gratitude Breath
Here’s a quick gratitude ritual: with each inhale, think of something you’re grateful for. With each exhale, imagine letting go of something heavy you don’t need to carry. Repeat this three times and see how your energy shifts. What are you breathing gratitude into today?

@Ronald Gates thank you
Burnout Isn’t Spiritual: It’s a Signal
Let’s normalize this truth: You can be deeply spiritual AND completely dysregulated. Yes, you can meditate every morning, sage your house, and pull cards for clarity… but still feel anxious, avoidant, overwhelmed, or stuck. Why? Because regulation isn’t just spiritual, it’s somatic and if your body doesn’t feel safe in stillness, joy, success, or surrender, you’ll resist the very things you’re calling in. You’re not broken. Your nervous system is simply doing its job but healing means we stop shaming our survival patterns and start tending to the root. ✨ You get to be a spiritual woman and do trauma work. ✨ You get to believe in alignment and still need support regulating your inner child. ✨ You get to create sacred space for others without abandoning yourself in the process. What’s one spiritual practice that feels harder than it used to and what might your body be trying to say?

Meditation is one; I have to go back to meditation before bed
Money is energy.
Mine felt off for a moment. I caught myself spiraling into fear and doubt, then I stopped, grounded, and reminded myself: abundance is already flowing to me. I simply need to align, trust, and receive. A small mindset reset made all the difference. How do you realign when fear starts creeping in?
