Lesson of the day Feb. 1, 2026
really lit a fire under my ass today by reminding me of something important.
Momentum comes from action, not waiting.
When I stop postponing the next step and move with what’s available now, energy shows up.
Clarity follows movement. Confidence follows engagement. I can do 90% effort whenever I want, easy. Sometimes 99% is easy, but what happens when I step over that line is incredibly powerful and I experienced that today.
In short today’s lesson was a reminder that starting creates the conditions for everything else.
