Hey everyone,
I’m curious if anyone else here has this combo, because I’ve had both ADHD and tinnitus for many years now, but lately they’ve been tag-teaming me a bit.
Whenever my tinnitus spikes, my focus drops even more.
I’ll be in the middle of something, and suddenly my attention gets dragged away by the ringing.
Then when I try to go back to what I was doing, I end up jumping to a completely different task... and then another… and suddenly I’m scattered across five things instead of finishing the one I started.
As a solopreneur, on some days, this is pretty much destroying my productivity. 😔
I’ve been using sound therapies and some simple relaxation techniques during the day to help me pull my focus back. I also try to stay away from medication on purpose. Not sure if this is good or bad (for productivity).
I'm wondering what other people are doing in these situations.
Any tips or shared experiences would be really helpful. 🙏
