My favorite ! I actually did this with what I happened to have on hand. The most important part of taco bowls is the seasonings- like chili powder, onion & garlic powder, red pepper flakes, smoked paprika or chipotle. Half red pepper, chopped 1 zucchini, chopped Sautee until mostly cooked Add frozen corn & black beans- quantity to your liking. I did about 1/2 cups of each. Once all heated through, toss in spices and mix thoroughly. Serve over rice, with a side of raw salad greens, whatever you have. Nice with avocado, fresh mango, lime, cilantro. And ofc don't forget the hot sauce !! I happened to have leftover cashew cheese that was a perfect addition. 1 cup soaked cashews (at least 20 min in hot water) Juice of 1 lemon Splash water Dash Garlic powder Blend thoroughly You can use ACV if you don't have a lemon and you can also change up the flavor by adding different spices.

Base: 1 cup frozen blackberries 3-4 frozen bananas 5-6 dates ~1/2 cup water Toppings: Chopped strawbs Bluebs Homemade quick granola Local bee pollen Dried mulberries Dollop fresh PB Homemade quick granola: I use the One Degree brand of Oats because they are organic & certified glyphosate free. Heat up 1 tbl coconut oil, once melted, add oats & chopped nuts of your choice. Mix well. Watch closely on medium heat, do not let burn. Once oil has been absorbed and the nuts are slightly roasted, remove from heat. Add a dash of vanilla extract or powder, splash maple syrup & cinnamon to your liking. Let cool. Done. Shouldn't take more than 10 min from start to clean up. Always organic Always toxic seed oil free Always distilled water Always delicious! 🍌🍓🍒

One of those things for me is gardening 👣 Do I need to put in a garden at this rental house? Do I need to preserve land isnt "truly mine" ? No. Does it bring me joy to be out, playing in the dirt & conserving some wild flowers to help the bees? Yes!! So that's what I did today. The landscaper is coming tomorrow to mow....and I was having mixed feelings about cutting all these flowers, even though they are technically weeds & so disorganized. Instead, I put a fence around the area where I had already planted lavendar & rosemary, where the wildflowers are in abundance. I put in 2 types of salvia, rosemary and blanket flower** (not sun blast 😂😂). And by "bee problem", I mean, my dog for stung one night, swelled up like a balloon and got covered in hives. The 'lax approach to my yard all of a sudden became a priority, but I didn't want to disprupt the ecosystem completely. Long story long, spend your hard earned money on things that bring you joy & peace. Because at the end of the day, what's the point of it all? Isn't the goal everyday to find contentment? ❤❤❤

Remind yourself where you come from. In today's fast paced, synthetic world, it seems normal to always be lost, confused & stressed. As humans, we are so disconnected from our origins... Mother earth. Last night while walking my dog, we got caught in the rain. The Little Kenny in me felt so excited, (Noble was not 😂)! When we got home, I decided to stay out in the yard and embrace how alive the Earth truly is. Its been getting pretty hot here in Florida already, so I took the time to clean up some dead palm branches. Yes, in the rain. This is your reminder to let go of the expectations for a few minutes.. Reconnect with yourself through this sacred land & be at peace in the NOW 💗
