Deep Pore Cleanse
Oh how I've needed this ! I usually do this about once a month, depending on the humidity levels, as it does dry me out. Bentonite clay absorbs access oil & toxins and tightens the skin, making it appears firmer. It feels so refreshing and makes my skin so smooth. I always follow up with hydration, I've been using Align Well Apothecary products since being back down in Florida. The Sol Serum is heavenly, can be used as a daily cleanser and also has natural UV protencting properties. Ritual is an oil based salve that can be used all over the body. I love! And highly recommend. Cheers to natural beauty !

Powerhouse Pre Work Lunch
I'm on my feet moving around constantly at work, so I need to make sure I'm fueled with food that is satiating, nutritious and won't weigh me down and make me lathargic. Veggie burger salad have been my recent go to because of how easy and fast they are. That's what I need a lot of the time, with having a busy schedule and a baby puppy. This is the cleanest brand of veggie burgers I've found on the market and they taste really good. While they were cooking, I added the sliced zucchini & my left over sweet potatoes. The beets were pre cooked from Sprouts. Dressing recipe: Tahini Miso Nutritional yeast Juice of 1 lemom Water I eyeball everything and taste as I go. Go light on the miso to start to not make it to salty. Blend in a blender and store extra in an air tight jar in the fridge. Great on almost everything ! Served over a bed of arugula or whatever lettuce you have.

@John Markadakis it was!!
Always organic
I always go for all organic. Very rarely do I deter. Usually only for fruit that I love and can't get good in organic, and only if it has a thick skin. Melons mostly. In Florida, I get Mamey sapote that's local, but not organic. Foods I would simply pass on if there is no organic option due to pesticide levels, aka glyphosate: Berries Grapes Apples Lettuce Oats Corn Rice And if you eat wheat, always organic, prefferably imported from Europe.

Get outside!
Take notes from a puppy.. enjoy what is. The NOW. Find joy in little things, we really don't need much. Noble likes leaves & old ropes from the bottom of a garage better than $30 toys. Take notes!
