Below is a sample of how a seller changed my 2 pager with her lawyers. Looks like there is some good stuff that we can use to wholesale land but however it doesn't seem to favor us as wholesalers much. What do you guys think when you look at the difference? PS Feel free to take ideas from here to add to your agreements
