I find a lot of properties that I would like to purchase to generate income. The only thing stopping me is coming up with the down payment. I have one property I am looking at that a Baby Boomer is selling 5 rental properties and consistent income.

This week's Member of the Week is @Mushk J. Mushk has a property under contract in Lake Charles, Louisiana, and instead of sitting on it she posted it looking for a buyer. A real cash investor showed up in the comments, and she answered him herself, no waiting on anybody else to close it. That is disposition done right. Put the deal in front of the room, answer every buyer who shows up, and keep working the next one while you wait. Nice work, Mushk.
