A house can start at $600,000, sit for months, keep dropping in price, and eventually sell close to the offer they once called “ridiculous.” Your job is not to protect the agent’s feelings. Your job is to: ✅ run your numbers ✅ submit the offer ✅ stay professional ✅ avoid arguing ✅ follow up later Sometimes the same agent who told you never to call again will reach back out once the listing gets old. Offers are free. Let time and the market do the talking. 🏠💰

Need Cash Buyers??? This works in any city!!!
Go to Google and type in the browser "We buy houses "your state" or buy my house "your state" sell my house fast "your state" You will then see a number of cash buyers pop up. Do not entertain the ones that are Ads or Sponsored, these are national cash buying companies and you only want to look for local companies that are in your area. For example I live in Houston, Texas so when I type in We buy houses Houston, I am only looking for cash buyers that are in my city or surrounding area. Once you find one click on their website, the good ones will have titles such as "About Us" "Meet our Team", etc. The websites will also have their pedigree of where they buy, a brief history of their company, pictures of their agents and so forth. You can then go to the "Contact Us" tab and either call or email them letting them know that you are interested in adding them to your cash buyer's list. I have sent several emails and have gotten good returns. You can play around with the keywords and phrases like: Sell my house cash Houston, sell my house divorce Houston. Just be creative and have fun with it. Also please go to pages 2, 3 4, etc. Don't just stop on the first page. Hope this helps! Enjoy guys!!!😎
