Why are the numbers increasing so dramatically?

I saw a great post this morning, I'd like to share

Thirty years ago, conditions like ADHD, autism, and autoimmune diseases were rare.

Now, nearly half of all adults have a chronic illness…

And children are being diagnosed with conditions that were once unheard of.

Just look at the numbers:

ADHD: 819% increase

Autism: 2,094% increase

Bipolar Disorder in Youth: 10,833% increase

Depression: 11,027% increase

Celiac Disease: 10,833% increase

Diabetes: 280% increase

Autoimmune Disorders: 412% increase

Food Allergies in Children: 1,600% increase

If this were purely genetic, we wouldn’t see these massive jumps in just one generation.

What has changed and WHY do you think these numbers have changed so dramatically?
