‘Normal’ thyroid labs don’t always mean YOU feel normal
Only about 20% of your T3 (the active thyroid hormone) comes straight from your thyroid.
The other ~80% is made in your liver, gut, muscles, kidneys, brain, and fat tissue by converting T4 → T3.
This means if your liver is sluggish, your gut is inflamed, your muscles are weak, or stress is high, your body may not be converting properly — leaving you tired, foggy, and storing fat (especially around the belly).
At FitnHealthy Forever Coaching, this is a big part of what we do -
  • Figure out where the breakdown is happening
  • Address the root cause, NOT just the symptoms
  • Support your body so you can get your energy, metabolism, and confidence back
Because fat loss and energy are never just about calories.
