At 31, I weighed 102 pounds. I was exhausted, diagnosed with Osteoporosis and Amenorrhea, and stuck in the cycle of eating less and exercising more. My body was breaking down, and I felt hopeless.⁣..⁣

What changed everything for me was this: I stopped fighting against my body and started working with it.⁣⁣
I remember when I went to Dr. Joe's event in 2024 he said: “The body is the unconscious mind, and it believes what you tell it. Change your thoughts, and you change your body.”⁣

Instead of starving myself, I fuelled myself with REAL food. Instead of pushing harder, I embraced rest, rhythm, and balance. And instead of focusing on what was broken, I chose to believe my body could heal.⁣⁣

That one shift, from control and punishment to trust and nourishment, set me free.⁣⁣

Fast forward to today…⁣⁣
