Have you ever said that? Maybe quietly believed it in the back of your mind?⁣

The staggering amount of busy moms, women who have high intensity time driven output in the workplace, retired women, or women who are flat out fed up with trying everything with no results..⁣

Although it may work for most in the short term, they’ve done the multiple diets, calorie restriction, extreme exercise, GLP-1, some were told to remove their body parts to β€œfix it”. The weight piles right back on after! (or got worse, like I did)⁣

And they wonder, β€œWhy does what I did in my twenties not work for me anymore?”⁣
⁣
The game changes! And our strategy needs to change too.⁣
⁣
And guess what? It’s not their fault!⁣
⁣
They merely followed the wrong advice. β€œOh just eat less and exercise more”⁣
⁣
There’s rarely ever need for fixing or removal of body parts when it comes to weight loss forever.⁣

It’s about healing the body on a cellular level from the inside out.⁣
⁣
