RULES
(IF YOU DON'T FOLLOW THESE Iโm DELETING YOUR COMMENT)
__________________________________
1 AS A COMMENT on THIS post, upload A PICTURE of the FRONT AND BACK of the item/food package.
It needs clear visibility showing:
- Nutrition facts
- The ingredient list
- The brand and full product appearance from front so itโs identifiable.
2. 1 ITEM per comment (ie: front side image, back side image.
3. This means do not place 3 items in one photo or upload all your kitchen items in one pictureโฆ as this defeats the purpose and wonโt allow us to have a searchable product database within our Skool.
4. And it also means do not just add dozens of photos into one comment either. One item per comment; frontside + backside. And then simply post things one by one as demonstrated in the pinned comment below.
5. Please estimate its cost. Doesnโt have to be perfect, but at least guess or put a RANGE. Donโt forget to denote your currency. USD CAD GBP - ETC
6. THERE ARE NO STUPID ITEMS TO POST ; POST GOOD THINGS AND BAD THINGS; POST THINGS YOU ALREADY KNOW THE ANSWER TO, JUST POST IT ALL AND IN RETURN I WILL GIVE ANSWERS TO INTERPRETING THE EXACT IMPORTANCE/ USAGE OF EVERY ITEM.
Below is my personal take on this exercise to make it easier. But this is inherently worthwhile and will pay off in dividends for you as you can use this opportunity to clean, get personal breakdowns on everything you have + It will also help us build a database that allows for more intelligent purchasing and comparisons of everything we consume.
BUT
TO MAKE THIS EASIER & MORE EFFECTIVE FOR YOU AND ADDITIONALLY IMPACTFUL:
I suggest you do some spring cleaning โญ๏ธ
And empty everything from your fridge and cupboards. Put it all on your kitchen table. One by one photograph each item as youโre placing it on the table but photograph it VIA the comment section of this post.
Then put the item back into its new storage spot, throw out anything you donโt need and enjoy your newly cleaned kitchen before your metaphorically cleaned kitchen arrives ๐
(On your phone; open the comments of this post and photograph the front and back of every item in your cupboards and fridge, and upload the comments AS you put everything back one by one.)
If you do it this way, where you empty things first and put it all on the table (pun heavily intended) and then take the photos VIA the comment section of this post as youโre putting everything onto the table before your put it back;
you wonโt have to deal with the extra tech friction of opening a comment, searching for the photo and uploading it that way.
And it takes half the time of batching the photos in 30 mins while you unpack your cupboards and fridge, then uploading photos for another 30 mins.
I could explain more on why you should do it this way but itโs going to sound confusing over text
So just take my word for it and take the photos of your items via the comment section of this post as youโre putting them on the table while your cleaning okay ๐ค
Itโs better than accumulating 50-100 photos on your phone then spending another 30 mins uploading them to their own comment and trying not to be disoriented from that.
GOALS OF THIS:
IF YOU DO THIS AND FOLLOW MY RULES WE NOW HAVE A FULLY SEARCHABLE DATABASE BETTER THAN ANY PHONE APP OR RESOURCE THAT CLAIMS TO RANK FOOD ITEMS.
I will rank the items based off of several factors
Such as;
- their hyperpallitability and propensity to dysregulate appetite
- Their inflammatory ingredient profile; how inherently unhealthy a certain food or sauce is or isnโt.
- Its glycemic speed, impact, and/or preferred uses
- Its strengths and weaknesses compared to other options of the same item
- Itโs cost.
- And more as we begin to accumulate the list
NOTES AND PROCESS:
This post is here to build a database of many common food items and educate everyone as to proper interpretation of many foods in the modern world.
Its roles are not to break down vitamin content of items, but rather to identify and RANK which food and condiment options have specific problems or unfavourable macronutrients.
And in turn to identify which options DO have favourable ingredients
and which macro distributions of certain options are more favourable for different contexts.
Besides that Itโs important that you know I am not posting this to say that I will necessarily be replying to these comments in any sort of timely manner
The replies I give to each comment will be during a top program seminar next month
This is everyoneโs chance to participate though and upload everything
No matter who you are in all the programs you will eventually get a comment reply on this
Take the opportunity seriously
good night now lol
