Be Kind too yourself, Not your scale!
Will Tennyson Documents his weight gain of 11lbs in 24hr and the time required to loose those pounds. He pointing out that there are so many factors involved in the movement on the scale and suggests that we instead choose to gage our successes on how we are feeling, how things fit and look on us rather then being dependant on the scales.
Personally I think it is about finding balance (see what I did there). Balance in our dietary goals, balance in our sleep goals, balance with our work to play ratios, our families demands. It’s all a balancing act and about being kind to ourselves. Don’t allow your emotions to be dictated by the scales fluctuations.
