Hi Everyone! My name is Kelly, and I’m a yogi enthusiast working on balancing work, school, co-op, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Over the next 14 days, my goal is to create a regular routine—consistent wake and sleep times, plus morning and evening habits—while making sure I include movement every day. I’m really excited to begin this journey and look forward to connecting and celebrating milestones together!

yo- just a heads up dudes. in walmart a big big watermelon is only 5 bucks. cut that up and keep it in the fridge? you got yourself like 3 freezer size bags of watermelon ready to go. super cheap, super filling. low cal. really been enjoying some watermelon.

Reminder to Push Yourselves
No matter how lazy you feel, like I did today, it's important to still get that workout in. It really is true, no workout is a bad workout, I've never had a workout that I regretted. Really important to keep this in mind especially if you are wanting to make a lifestyle change 😊 Hope this helps anyone that may be dreading working out during the weekend like me lol.
