My name is Kelly, and I’m a yogi enthusiast working on balancing work, school, co-op, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Over the next 14 days, my goal is to create a regular routine—consistent wake and sleep times, plus morning and evening habits—while making sure I include movement every day. I’m really excited to begin this journey and look forward to connecting and celebrating milestones together!
