Checkpoint #2 - 20lbs Lost
Yesterday I woke up having achieved my second checkpoint - 20 lbs. :)) Off to checkpoint #3 🫡

Day 1 again
First day back at this journey seriously. Had to take a pause for family issues. Felt good to get back to eating right and walking.

@Mark Bellamy down another 1lb "For the most part. We went out with friends and ordered pizza. I had one piece and ordered chicken and ate mostly chicken. Other than that, yes. Even the day of pizza I kept to my calorie counts." " My body is losing fat, inches and it’s toning up. People are commenting on the changes. I’m still excited and motivated.
