What's up! Welcome to NinjaFit 🥷 - I'm so excited to have you on this journey with us to become powerful, mobile and shredded ninjas! I'll start it off - I'm Raj from Virginia, near DC and I've trained nearly 10 years in martial arts. Starting off with 4-5 years of wrestling and BJJ, then another 4-5 years of a mix of Tae Kwon Do, Boxing and Muay Thai. Aside from all this, I love writing and have written short stories since I was 12, even a full sized novel when I was 22 (it's not very good but it was a fun experience)

1. Introduce yourself to members in the community on the comment section of "Welcome!" post pinned 📌 on the feed and engage with other's intro posts so you can start forming connections! 2. Go through the classroom as it helps you grow step by step in your kickboxing/fitness journey and provide new ways to engage with this community 📚🤝 3. Train with us in our Live 30 minute Kickboxing Trainings 🥊 💪 Mondays 6:30pm EST (2x a month-Free users/Weekly-Premium/Bi-Weekly - VIP) Every call has a focus with either - 7 rounds cardio bagwork, technique focused training, kickboxing drills etc. 4. Improve your high kicks with our Live 30 Minute Mobility/Stretching Training 🧘‍♂️ Fridays 7pm EST ((2x a month-Free users/Weekly-Premium/Bi-Weekly - VIP) Every call has a focus with either - hip & lower back mobility, split stretches, etc 5. Grab a Coffee and hang out in our Coffee & Kicks ☕️🥊 live calls 2x a month on Sundays at 1pm EST where we grab coffee and chat on all things fighting, kickboxing and martial arts, or even topics outside of that! 6. Share your progress, thoughts or questions that you have of your fitness/kickboxing journey (or anything else you think that would be fun/valuable for us) feel free to post in the "Progress Update" tab!🥋 7. If you have any questions, concerns or looking for more support on any goals you are interested in pursuing fitness and striking related - feel free to reach out to me!

Who’s your Favorite Striker?
I have many favorites but my current favorite I love to watch everytime he’s on a UfC card is Carlos Prates. His hands and feet are dynamite and he hits just a few shots here and there with precision and timing, never grapples, rarely overwhelms them with shots, just breaks his opponents down completely piece by piece. It’s almost artistic 🖼️ 🤌🏽

Whats up guys, As some of you know Mobility and flexibility is a HUGE part of the kickboxing and Ninjafit journey and I want us to get an opportunity to work on that together 🤝 🧘‍♂️ So I'm hosting 30 minute Mobility/Stretching calls 2x a month at Fridays 7pm EST! 🧘‍♂️ If youre someone who wants to kick higher, faster and smoother and you don't stretch or train your mobility - this training is a MUST to join in 💯 Our first call will be THIS Friday May 29th 7pm EST! ⭐️ We will focus on lower back and hip mobility so we can improve the range and strength of our kicks! See you guys then!
