What's up! Welcome to NinjaFit πŸ₯· - I'm so excited to have you on this journey with us to become powerful, mobile and shredded ninjas! A fun non fitness related fact about yourself 😁 Please try to comment and engage with the 2 other users in this post so we can all get to know each other! I'll start it off - I'm Raj from Virginia, near DC and I've trained nearly 10 years in martial arts. Starting off with 4-5 years of wrestling and BJJ, then another 4-5 years of a mix of Tae Kwon Do, Boxing and Muay Thai. Aside from all this, I love writing and have written short stories since I was 12, even a full sized novel when I was 22 (it's not very good but it was a fun experience)

Go through learnings in the classroom (still currently being updated!) respective to your fitness/kickboxing journey. We are creating modules for beginner and advanced πŸ“š 3. Share your progress, thoughts or questions that you have of your fitness/kickboxing journey (or anything else you think that would be fun/valuable for us) feel free to post in the "Progress Update" tab!πŸ₯‹ 4.Join our regular calls! We have Live Kickboxing Trainings πŸ₯Š πŸ’ͺ at Wednesday 1pm EST that will be 30 minutes of guided bagwork/shadowboxing rounds together! Then we have Coffee & Kicks β˜•οΈπŸ₯Š live calls Saturday 1pm EST where we grab coffee and chat on all things fighting, kickboxing and martial arts, or even topics outside of that! 5. Keep your eye out for our upcoming modules and new Ninja Move learnings and fitness challenges in the "😀 Ninja Moves & Challenges πŸ’ͺ" category. New Advanced Kick Lesson! Karate Heel Kick??
What's up guys, I was exploring new kicks to share with the community and I found a very cool one called the Kyokoushin Heel Kick, which if you're familiar with the regular heel kick that attacks high - is a slightly different kick that can attack low! Check it out below and comment what you think?
Saturday Schedule Update! + Live Training!
What’s up guys, apologies for the lack of activity here- life has been crazy recently β€οΈβ€πŸ©Ή That said, this Saturday we will be having our next live kickboxing training at 4pm EST πŸ₯Š 7 rounds, 3 minutes each, with 1 min break in between. You can use a bag or you can shadow if you have no equipment. All levels welcome! πŸ™Œ We’re also going to move up the our coffee & kicks call at 11am ⬆️ as I have a class I’m teaching at 1. Looking forward to seeing you at either one of these calls! πŸ’ͺ
