4.Join our regular calls! We have Live Kickboxing Trainings π₯ πͺ at Wednesday 1pm EST that will be 30 minutes of guided bagwork/shadowboxing rounds together! Then we have Coffee & Kicks βοΈπ₯ live calls Saturday 1pm EST where we grab coffee and chat on all things fighting, kickboxing and martial arts, or even topics outside of that!
