As I get closer to completing my book and program, you guys are the foundation for my inspration! So, again, I give thanks! To see a compilation of this in this community, this is a great space for all of us to see the commonalities we all share. So, here's my asks: At some point… you just had enough. Maybe it was the late-night eating. Maybe it was that doctor’s visit. Maybe it was the bloating, the brain fog, or the scale refusing to budge. 👀 Maybe it was that moment in the mirror when you whispered to yourself, “I don’t even recognize me anymore…” Whatever it was — that moment matters.
