How do you breath?
Do you breath through your nose or your mouth?
Face yoga can help with this.
Ideally we breath through our nose. Our nose has hairs in them called vibrissae & cilia that filter out particles, dust and humidifies the air temperature. It also promotes better oxygenation & helps with the absorption of nitric oxide in the body. Nose breathing naturally fights viruses and infection.
Mouth breathing bypasses all of these things which makes you more susceptible to getting sick.
If you struggle with nose breathing then join today's class. We will focus on stimulating the adenoids and helping with opening the nasal airways which can improve nasal breathing.
There will also be other techniques that will touch on the jaw and mouth area. It's all connected anyway
See you soon
