Allergy season, oh no!!

I haven’t always had allergies. But as I get older and the irritants in the air increase, I struggle with them.

Instead of using a harsh pharmaceutical to combat them. And even before I make up an herbal tea to remedy the situation. I break out my neti pot as a first defense. It is rare that I need to use any other remedy.

If you watch the video, you can see the process involved. I was able to record cleaning my first nostril wonderfully. Second one was out of camera shot. Oh well.
