I am now really fit due to hard work offline.
I feel grateful for my health and stamina. Now I have helped good friends run an immensely popular restaurant since the beginning of may. Since then my body has never fully recovered. Ache in muscles and sometimes also cramps. Totally worth it. Good training and ok income. Now I work shorter days in august and want to be way more active online. I joined Scott's new opportunity last night as soon as I heard of it. Ground floor opportunity indeed. Timing matters.

Hydration Day
Your Hydration Day plan is rich in water, electrolytes, fiber, and antioxidants. 💧🥭 Here's how to get the most benefit while staying safe. 🌞 Breakfast: Mango Coconut Smoothie Ingredients: - 1 cup mango - ½ banana - 1 cup coconut water - ½ cup purified water - 1 tbsp flaxseed Benefits: - Replenishes fluids and natural electrolytes. - Flaxseed provides omega-3 fats and fiber to help you feel full. - A gentle way to start the day. Tips: - Blend flaxseed fresh if possible for better nutrient absorption. - Drink within 15–30 minutes of making it. 🍉 Brunch: Watermelon Mint Juice Ingredients: - 3 cups watermelon - Fresh mint - Juice of ½ lime - Purified water if needed Benefits: - Very hydrating. - Rich in vitamin C and lycopene. - Mint may help soothe digestion. Tips: - Best served chilled. - Consume within 30 minutes for maximum freshness. 🫐 Lunch: Peanut Butter Berry Smoothie Ingredients: - 1 cup mixed berries - 1 banana - 2 tbsp natural peanut butter - 1½ cups purified water - 1 tbsp chia seeds Benefits: - Higher in protein and healthy fats, helping keep you satisfied. - Berries are rich in antioxidants. - Chia seeds add fiber and omega-3 fats. Tips: - Let the smoothie sit for 5–10 minutes so the chia seeds soften. - Drink within 30 minutes. 🥒 Dinner: Cucumber Lime Cooler Ingredients: - 1 cucumber - 1 green apple - Juice of ½ lime - Fresh mint - 1 cup purified water Benefits: - Light, refreshing, and hydrating. - Supports fluid intake without feeling heavy before bed. Tips: - Drink fresh. - If you're hungry, pair it with a handful of unsalted nuts or seeds for extra staying power. ⚠️ Cautions - If you have diabetes or prediabetes, monitor portion sizes because mango, banana, watermelon, and apple are naturally high in sugar. Including chia or flaxseed helps slow sugar absorption. - If you have a peanut allergy, replace peanut butter with sunflower seed butter or another suitable alternative. - Drink additional purified water throughout the day—don't rely only on juices and smoothies. - If you have kidney disease, consult your healthcare provider before regularly consuming large amounts of coconut water, as it is relatively high in potassium. - If you're taking medications, especially blood thinners, or have digestive conditions, ask your healthcare professional whether large amounts of flaxseed or chia seeds are appropriate for you.

🍓 Energy Support
These recipes are designed to provide a steady supply of vitamins, minerals, healthy fats, and natural carbohydrates to help support energy levels throughout the day. 🌞 Breakfast: Chocolate Banana Smoothie Ingredients 1 banana 1½ cups purified or distilled water 1 tbsp cacao powder 2 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter 1 tbsp chia seeds A pinch of cinnamon Best consumed: Within 30 minutes of blending. If refrigerated in an airtight container, drink within 24 hours. 💡 Tip: Cacao contains natural antioxidants, while chia seeds provide fibre and omega-3 fats that can help keep you feeling satisfied longer. ⚠️ Caution: Peanut or almond butter can trigger allergies—substitute with sunflower seed butter if needed. If you have diabetes, consider using ½ banana and monitor your blood sugar, as bananas are naturally high in carbohydrates. 🥕 Brunch: Carrot Citrus Juice Ingredients 4 carrots 1 orange Small piece of fresh ginger Juice of ½ lemon ½ cup purified or distilled water Best consumed: Immediately after juicing, or within 24 hours if refrigerated. 💡 Tip: Adding a squeeze of lemon helps preserve freshness and enhances vitamin C absorption. ⚠️ Caution: Ginger may increase the risk of bleeding if you're taking blood-thinning medication. Carrot juice is naturally sweet, so people with diabetes may wish to reduce the amount or enjoy a smaller serving. 🥑 Lunch: Creamy Avocado Smoothie Ingredients ½ avocado 1 cup spinach 1 green apple Juice of 1 lime 1½ cups purified or distilled water 1 tbsp hemp seeds Best consumed: Within 30 minutes of blending, or within 24 hours if refrigerated. 💡 Tip: The healthy fats in avocado help your body absorb vitamins from the spinach more effectively. ⚠️ Caution: Spinach is high in vitamin K. If you take blood-thinning medication such as warfarin, keep your spinach intake consistent and speak with your healthcare provider. If you're allergic to hemp seeds, simply leave them out. ❤️ Dinner: Beetroot Berry Juice Ingredients 1 small beetroot
