📅 The Single Parent Strength Challenge: Day 1: The Reset Button
Tag: #HomeBase Focus: Tackling the overwhelm of household management. Quote: "You don't have to do it all, you just have to do what you can, and that is enough." Useful Item: A Wall Calendar or Whiteboard – Visually seeing the week ahead helps reduce mental load and keeps everyone on the same page. Question: What is the one household chore that stresses you out the most, and what is one small step you can take today to make it easier?

Although I'm not a solo parent I do at times feel like im flying solo After a busy day arriving home.& dishes benched, we don't like to use the dishwasher we are the dishwasher. It's saves on the.waterbill. .Untidy lounge area hits the eyes and triggers a rising eruption.

@Marama Rawenata I find it's the same one or 2 that pickup the slack. Yes I have a daughter in this situation and just as well she's trained her boys early with firm reminders it's made a lasting impact. They have a roster plasted on there fridge so it's always sighted daily They appreciated mum so much it's a given practice now they are teens and the eldest a young adult.

Day 6 of 7 Personal Safety for Children
Day 6: The "Code Word" Privacy - The Handy Item: A Reflective Keychain for their bag or jacket. - The Benefit: Increases visibility during late afternoon walks or school pickups while serving as a physical reminder of their safety "code." - The Game: "The Password Challenge." Pick a family code word (e.g., "Blueberry"). Role-play a scenario where a "friend" says they are picking them up. If the person doesn't know the code word, the child knows to run to a teacher or safe adult. - The Quote: "An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure." – Benjamin Franklin. #ChildSafety #PrivacyEducation #SafetyCodeWord #StrangerSafety #PersonalSafety
