First Meet of Season
PR in the mile and a little slow on the 8:00. I went out on the mile trying to break 5:00 but just fell back. I’m curious tho, if my 5k Pr is 18:44 and 800 PR is 2:22 then what does a logical mile time sound like? I think I’ll definitely break 5:00 soon but I need a lot more work first.

I am currently a sophmore and I run a 2:24 for my 800 as my pr, a 58 400 pr, and 5:10 1600 pr...I got pneumonia my freshman year and got a groin strain this year...I haven't been able to get into the low 5s since I ran the 5:10 the lowest since was a 5:20
