Is my seasons gonna start back I will have a mixture of trail and roadruns mainly in the half marathon distance so good to get legs used to some elevation.

Real happy with the consistency I'm getting with my pace on the flat run definitely improvements now that the weather's coming back and fitness can start putting some more intervals in there.

10×1k Threshold Track Session
Today I did another threshold session with @Jona De Boel I ran 10×1k at 3:05 average. Lactate was good, HR was low, but still, I felt horrible. That’s the thing: you can have all the data saying you’re doing great, but when your body is giving you signs it’s not, you should always listen. Still a great session though. The most important part today was simply to get it done, without pushing too much.

Great Threshold Session in the Heat
Yesterday me and @Jona De Boel had a great threshold workout. I did 5×1800m (Jona 5×1600), first 2 at 3:16/km (lactate 2.0 mmol), then 2 at 3:13/km (lactate 2.7 mmol). The increase was probably due to the heat and my body warming up during the session. Still, it was a really solid workout. Did all the reps in the Nike Pegasus Premium, love those shoes, super comfortable. Btw, feel free to share your workouts here as well!
