Can't activate license and getting nowhere
Hi joining this Skool as I am still waiting for a resolution to my issues with licensing server. Jason have received another version that still wont allow me to activate license as not getting to server. Bought the new EP CalSync a week ago and still not able to use my product. I am putitng in the correct activation code as if I put in the wrong one it fails. My message "Unable to reach the licensing server. Please check your internet connection and try again. Recover your license" tells me I can't reach your server but I am running clean internet access 500MB and having no issues with anything else. I reached out to Apple support to see in desperation and they tell me they have a number of issues logged with EP CalSync and the issue is not Mac but with EP CalSync. I just get so little feedback from your support when i send emails. Please can get this sorted given there are others impact like me - it is your issue to solve. Apologies for post but not getting heard with support and frustrated.....

I was truly wrong. I was under the impression that the calendar bundles worked in conjunction with the calendar sync app to actually make the iCal planner, be more like a real planner with to-do list and things like that instead of it just being a Calendar app, which I love the fact that I can have at work now was not very thrilled about the lack of Tech Support setting it up if somebody just said you need to make it a static IP address and it’ll work that would’ve been handy information. I do feel that they need to add functionality into the Calendar app to incorporate to do list and blank pages and multiple other things that you would use in a real planner. The word planner used in the experience is a force it is simply a calendar.
Callander updating issue. Please help
OK I have finally gotten my calendar going but now I can't seem to get calendar settings(epcalsynsc) frequency to check for update, the area that you pick 15 min all the way to 24hours, i can not seem to get that to work. I feel like it has to do with the wifi settings on(epcalsynsc) The known device ip address commonly used its doesn't let me do anything. Help please

What is the trick to get the WiFi connection to my RM2 No matter how many ways I try, I can't get it to work with CalSync. Im not a cable person !
