@Rachel Holland Is this for the move? What we will most likely do is use the same margin that is on the left around the entire planner so that the menu can move freely without blocking areas that are reserved for annotations. The move planner is new and we actually are planning to support this in the near future. Some of the items we did not list are things that need to happen rather than features. What you just explained is something I feel needs to happen. However as far as reordering the design based off of hand orientation that is something we have not thought of and I think it is a great thing to pursue. The way it is now, is it not usable for someone like yourself who is left handed? Is it a flow thing? Thanks so much for your input!

@Jim Magee Yes, absolutely. That’s something we’re actively working toward. We already sign our macOS applications, but we haven’t completed the process for Windows yet. To be completely transparent, the biggest hurdle has been logistics rather than cost. The Windows code signing process requires a physical security token to be shipped to a physical address, and I have to be the one to receive and set it up. Since we’re a remote team, coordinating that has taken a bit longer than we’d like. It’s definitely on our roadmap because we agree—it will make installation much smoother and eliminate the Windows SmartScreen and Norton warnings.
Auto updates
Question: In the settings menu if I have "Automatically push updated planners to your reMarkable" set for every 6 hours, what has to be true for this to happen? For example, I'm assuming CalSync has to be running on my desktop. Does the table have to be awake? Does it regenerate first and then push?

If you are pushing through the rM cloud then the only thing that has to be running is your app on the computer. If you are using USB or Wifi the tablet needs to be awake. You can set the timeout duration of your tablet in your settings.
Save Location for Cal Sync file on RM
I’d like my calsync folder to save in ‘My Files’ - and not have to save it to a sub-folder.

Got you we will look into this
Issues with sync on reMarkable Pro
I'm posting this mainly as an FYI though if there is an answer at your end that would be great. Because version 1.4 does not required developer mode to be enabled, I used the recovery process as outlined on the reMarkable support page to basically reset to factory settings. Since then, I have not been able to sync anything. I get a "failed to upload root schema" error message. reMarkable support has said this was caused by third party software and they cannot do anything to fix it.

you can also now choose where you sync to.
🚀 CalSync 1.4.1 is Available Now
Thank you to everyone who downloaded CalSync 1.4.0 and reported issues so quickly. Your feedback helped us identify and resolve a few important cloud-related problems, especially for Mac users. What’s New Cloud Sync Now Works Correctly on macOS We’ve resolved a packaging issue that could prevent the reMarkable Cloud connection from loading on the Mac version of CalSync. Cloud Sync now works immediately after installation with no additional steps. Your Tablet Always Gets the Latest Planner We’ve improved cloud updates so your reMarkable reliably refreshes to the newest version of your planner after every regeneration. Your handwritten notes continue to be preserved exactly as before. More Reliable Cloud Connections Connecting to reMarkable Cloud is now much more resilient. CalSync now automatically skips unsupported or unreadable items in your cloud account—such as documents created by newer firmware or older folders—instead of stopping the connection process. This means: • More reliable cloud connections • More dependable planner uploads • Smoother folder browsing Clearer Error Messages If something does go wrong, CalSync now displays simple, easy-to-understand messages instead of technical errors, making it much easier to understand what happened.
