Technical issues
I am able to connect to my remarkable with CalSync 1.0.25 and 1.0.27 but I can't connect with versions .31,.32,.33.Is it possible to download 28,29,30 to check if they work ?What shoulld I check to be able to work with newer versions ?

🔄 Resetting CalSync Application Data If you’re experiencing issues, you can reset CalSync by renaming the app data folder. This forces the app to regenerate fresh data on next launch. 🪟 Windows Instructions 1. Close CalSync completely(Make sure it’s not running in the system tray) 2. Open File Explorer 3. Click into the address bar and type: %APPDATA%Then press Enter 4. Find the folder named: CalSync 5. Rename the folder to: CalSync_backup 6. Reopen CalSyncA new clean folder will be created automatically 🍎 macOS Instructions 1. Close CalSync completely 2. Open Finder 3. In the top menu, click Go → Go to Folder… 4. Enter: ~/Library/Application Support/Then press Enter 5. Find the folder named: CalSync 6. Rename the folder to: CalSync_backup 7. Reopen CalSyncThe app will regenerate a fresh data folder ⚠️ Important Notes • This will reset saved settings, cached data, and local connections • Your backup folder (CalSync_backup) can be deleted later if everything works
