Hey Guys👋🏻
Excited to be a part of this community! I have 3 main goals. 1. I really want to lose the baby weight from my last pregnancy (3 years ago 🥴). 2. I am interested in trying to maintain a diet with as few processed foods as possible to try to reduce fatigue and feel better in general. 3. I never seem to be able to prioritize consistent physical activity, and I'm hoping the accountability of this group will help with that as well.
My Journey
When I retired last August, I weighed 248 lbs and it has been a little over a year and I'm currently at 230 lbs. I have had more time to focus on my health, I have been eating healthier most of the time and I have started walking in June. I try to walk 20 miles a week, that goal doesn't always get accomplished. I have reached a plateau with my weight and today I have started the Doctor Designed Fitness Program to reach my goal weight of 200 lbs. I have seen amazing transformations in the program from Dylan, Zak, and Sean, now it's my turn to follow the program and reach my goal weight of 200. My goal is also to incorporate weight training next week. I'm excited to see the results.

My goal in joining this community is to create lasting improvements in fitness, physique, and health with other like-minded and goal-oriented friends. Social eating and diet-hopping have been the biggest barriers to achieving my fitness and weight loss goals in the past. I was most nervous to join this group because this is something new for me!
