I'll go first!
My goal in joining this community is to create lasting improvements in fitness, physique, and health with other like-minded and goal-oriented friends. Social eating and diet-hopping have been the biggest barriers to achieving my fitness and weight loss goals in the past. I was most nervous to join this group because this is something new for me!
