Bit of a busy day which caused for some weird eating. Breakfast: protein muffin 124c, 6g protein Lunch: cranberry salad from The Spot and a brown sugar pumpkin shaken espresso (no idea on calories or protein lol) Dinner: I had a work event so I had baked chicken, green beans, Mac n cheese, veggies and a cookie (no idea on calories or protein but was mindful of my servings so that counts) Workout : I had every intention of waking up and running this morning but it was too dang cold.
