My Journey
When I retired last August, I weighed 248 lbs and it has been a little over a year and I'm currently at 230 lbs. I have had more time to focus on my health, I have been eating healthier most of the time and I have started walking in June. I try to walk 20 miles a week, that goal doesn't always get accomplished. I have reached a plateau with my weight and today I have started the Doctor Designed Fitness Program to reach my goal weight of 200 lbs. I have seen amazing transformations in the program from Dylan, Zak, and Sean, now it's my turn to follow the program and reach my goal weight of 200. My goal is also to incorporate weight training next week. I'm excited to see the results.
