Less is more...
Ruthless prioritization, obviously can't do everything all at once every day for every single week especially when you've got responsibilities and other things to maintain. This causes spiraling overburden and fatigue, so have themes for each day and have priorities for each aspect of growth for that single day. We don't have to do everything everyday but as long as we are moving towards the goal in general collectively during the week, it's the same thing.
Food?
I got an aha moment that Focus issue might be caused by the diet... I mean it is obvious isn't it, but is it really??? Subhanallah how could something that is so glaringly obvious that you never think of.... Are there other things that are obvious that we are missing ?

A Question That Scares Me
One of the things that genuinely scares me is knowing that one day I will be asked: Where did you put your youth? The Prophet ﷺ said: “…and about his youth, how he spent it.” (وعن شبابه فيما أفناه) Not just that we lived it… but how we used it. And I think about that question a lot — because youth is where we have the most energy, the most time, the most ability to change. If I waste it now, what will I say then? I fear that my youth could be used against me instead of for me. That the hours lost in distraction, the delays, the lack of discipline — all become evidence. And yet, there is hope. The Prophet ﷺ said: “Indeed, Allah is amazed by a young person who has no inclination to sin.” (إن الله ليعجب من شاب ليست له صبوة) At a time when desires are strongest, when distractions are everywhere, choosing Allah — that is something عظیم. So discipline is not just about productivity. It is a sign of sincerity. Every time you choose: - Salah over sleep - Qur’an over scrolling - Purpose over comfort You are building something that will stand for you on that Day. Your youth is either being invested… or wasted. And one day, you will have to answer for it. So use it in what Allah loves — before you wish you could go back and do it differently.
Set your intentions right
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: “Whoever is focused only on this world, Allah will confound his affairs and make him fear poverty constantly, and he will not get anything of this world except that which has been decreed for him. Whoever is focused on the Hereafter, Allah will settle his affairs for him and make him feel content with his lot, and his provision and worldly gains will undoubtedly come to him.” قال صلى الله عليه و سلم: مَنْ كَانَتِ الدُّنْيَا هَمَّهُ فَرَّقَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ أَمْرَهُ وَجَعَلَ فَقْرَهُ بَيْنَ عَيْنَيْهِ وَلَمْ يَأْتِهِ مِنَ الدُّنْيَا إِلاَّ مَا كُتِبَ لَهُ وَمَنْ كَانَتِ الآخِرَةُ نِيَّتَهُ جَمَعَ اللَّهُ لَهُ أَمْرَهُ وَجَعَلَ غِنَاهُ فِي قَلْبِهِ وَأَتَتْهُ الدُّنْيَا وَهِيَ رَاغِمَةٌ ‏ Try your best to set your intention in everything you do mainly for your Akhirah first ( hereafter), then for your Dunya (life) and watch the Dunya come to you! SubhanAllah
