The fact that this level of quality is included for free with the program is really VIP Allahumma barik. The journal is simple yet efficient, I really appreciate the black and white color concept. Alsalamualikum, I want this space, to be space where everyone can open up about their difficulties, now the reality is it's not always about wins. You find yourself the most through the losses, when winning life is easy, but true discipline shows when you simply can be bothered. And this is exactly where I have been tested recently: Sleeping on time, despite waking up groggy and late in order to try and amend, showing up despite being lazy, working when bombarded by limiting beliefs, and begging Allah when my heart feels fragile. Point is: Life is easy when things are going your way, but when the mask comes off, and life throws its obstacles at you, who you truly are shows. SO ask yourself, journal it, who are you behind that mask ? Write it down, and send your answers in, community comes from understanding each others vulnerable sides.
