New Lesson Now Live
A new lesson is now up on Skool covering the three levels of the nafs and how they directly impact discipline, self-control, and spiritual growth. Take some time to go through it and reflect on which stage you’re currently operating from—and what practical steps you need to move forward.

May Allah reward you for all this effort bro. اللهم علمنا ما ينفعنا و انفعنا بما علمتنا و زدنا علما 🙌
Reduce the scope, stick to the schdule.
I love this way of viewing your day. hear me out... when you set a plan for your day, you stick to it even if you have to die for it. meaning if you planned to train today but for some reason life got in the way and you were not able to train, you apple the "reduce the scope rule" and do something of that category but reduced. for example, not having the ability to do the training session, no problem. instead imma make it up by doing at least 10 push ups, you see here you reduced the scope of the training but you stuck to the schdule. what this does is amazing, no matter what happens in your day you still get the intended goal completed even if its not to standard!

Mindset of learning
Always be a student no matter the stage in life. you never reach the end, you are just at a different stage. don't fear falling, fear stagnation and don't treat stopping as neutral. practical steps 1. set your daily non-negotiable of which one must be about leaning. (acquire knowledge daily) 2. audit your sources of information ; do the sources of knowledge support to get you the place you want to be in? (validate knowledge source) 3. Teach what you learn (retain what i learn) the three steps in simpler words, learn daily, make sure you are learning the right stuff, retain the knowledge. اللهم انا نسئلك علما نافعا و رزقا طيبا و عملا متقبلا و نعوذ بك من علم لا ينفع و قلب لا يخشع

The Importance of Lifelong Learning
The Importance of Lifelong Learning Never stop learning. Die a student in everything you do. The moment you stop learning, you begin to fall. Stagnation is not neutral, it’s decline. Knowledge is endless, which means growth should be endless too. Always review your notes. Always reflect. Always seek understanding. Work and strive to discover who you truly are. Remain in a constant state of learning, because learning keeps you alive. Three Practical Steps to Continue Learning 1. Create Daily Non-Negotiables Create non-negotiables that you commit to every single day. When you act daily with intention, regret becomes rare. One of the most important non-negotiables should be Islamic knowledge, learning that nurtures your soul, values, and purpose. Consistency builds identity. 2. Audit Your Sources of Knowledge Ask yourself: Do the sources of knowledge I’m exposed to today support the lifestyle I want to live? Not all information is beneficial. What you consume mentally shapes how you think, act, and become. Choose sources that align with your goals, beliefs, and future self. 3. Retain Knowledge by Teaching Others The best way to truly learn is to teach. When you teach others: - You deepen your understanding - You retain information longer - You turn knowledge into action Knowledge that is shared is knowledge that stays. Final Words. Stay learning. Stay growing. Stay intentional. Knowledge has no finish line, neither should your effort

bless you brother, great summary.
Sleep, keep it practical.
two things that resonated with me, intention and practicality. When we approach even sleep with intention, as a ibada, we give it the value it deserves. This is something that i am guilty of, forgetting to have intention behind daily habits. I am going to sleep well tonight to be able to do my ibada effectively tomorrow. i do a combination of what the brothers mentioned today, having a range for bed time, and a slowing down routine. My addition to tonight sleep is moving as soon as i wake up, as i usually feel groggy and want to snooze, and will checkout the sleep alarm app. (tho am quite sure it will need a wrist band to figure out my cycle which i dont have rn) subhanallah 33 alhamdulilah 33 allah akbar 34 Assalamalaikum.
