Wholesale or find properties for investors?
Hi everybody! I’m Shola Walker, new here. From Sunny San Diego! Always eager to learn from . He’s the one who encouraged me to get my license. I’m here to learn and decide if wholesaling is a better opportunity than partnering with investors and being the agent for the buy and sell (sell and sale still confuse me lol). Thoughts?
