The Market Sucks

The numbers came out yesterday and we are down almost 9% month over month and 5% year over year. What the numbers don't tell you is, half the country and freezing cold temperatures and no one was able to leave the house.

So before we panic, lets really review what we do daily to help our own businesses.

Today I have 6 hours until I get to show up to be a dad and yell at my kid at his soccer game.

In 6 hours I'll make 25 calls to past clients and agents, send 1,000 text messages, respond to emails, follow up with my lending and wholesale teams, update the CPA spreadsheets, and confirm coverage for this weekend's open houses.

The goal today is to clean up and gear up for the weekend. Its a long weekend so expect people out and about. Get ready to talk to everyone you can at open houses and kids bday parties.
