Monday Review of Reviews
I googled myself and a few other agents on the team the other day. Nothing too exciting to be honest, but I noticed a trend.
Realtor.com was always first, Zillow was second, and Facebook always seemed to make the top 5 one way or another.
My conclusion?
We need more reviews on those three sites.
So we made a plan — reach out to all past and current clients and simply ask for a review.
Here's the quick text we used to generate 5 new reviews in just 1 hour
"Hey [Name]! Hope you're loving the new place. I have a quick favor to ask — would you mind leaving us a short review? It honestly means the world and only takes 2 minutes. Here are the links:
- Zillow: [link]
- Realtor.com: [link]
- Facebook: [link] Thanks so much, we really appreciate it!"
Lets get a goal of 5 new reviews as a team this week!
