I’ve been coming across more and more chat about mouth tape—the idea of lightly taping your mouth at night so you breathe through your nose while sleeping.
The supposed benefits according to the Instagram influencers?
- Better oxygen exchange and deeper sleep
- Reduced snoring and dry mouth
- Improved recovery and energy the next day
On the flip side, it also raises a few questions for me:
- Is it actually safe?
- Are there proven benefits, or is it just another wellness fad doing the rounds?
