Discipline for the Win
applied himself to the Harden Up 30. Two weeks in, here's what he posted:
"I really like the no BS of what you need to do and don't worry about. The goal is to be healthy, heart healthy, and change the bad habits. What's nice about this is you see where you need to work on micro adjustments in your personal daily habits. It's noted and I am trying not to lose FOCUS."
That's the whole program clearly stated. Not motivation. Not a mood. He stopped guessing, found the exact habit that's been costing him, and is fixing it — one adjustment at a time.
That's what discipline actually looks like. Not white-knuckling through a workout. Seeing the leak and closing it.
